ELK GROVE FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND-
February 1, 1982,
A. meeting of the Firemen's. Pension Fund was held on Monday, February 1, 1982
in the basement of Headquarters Fire Station, 101 Biesterfield Road. The
meeting was called to order by President Walter J. Kriesant at 7e50 PM.
ROLL CALL
On roll call the following members were present: Walter J. Kriesant, Charles
B. Henrici, George C. Coney, Douglas C. Goostree and Joseph Gardner III.`
MINUTES
Minutes of November 2, 1981 meeting were read by Douglas C. Goostree. Motion
by G. Coney, seconded by C. Henrici to accept as written. Motion passed
unanimously.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Treasurer G. Coney submitted balance sheet and schedule of investments of the
Pension Fund. He also reported no investments as of this date had been placed
in Grace Capital, Inc. Motion by C. Henrici, seconded by J. Gardner III to
accept Treasurer's Report and place balance sheet and schedule of investments
on file with Board Minutes. Motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Secretary reported Pension Fund Members compliance with necessary documentation
was as follows:
70.59 Fully Complied.
8.23% Partially Complied,
76.19% Of all deficiencies found by the Illinois Department
of Insurance.
Report of Examination, April 30, 1980 had been corrected. There was no expen-
diture for pension seminar. Motion by W. Kriesant, seconded by C. Henrici to
accept Secretary's Report. Motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
G. Coney volunteered to contact Illinois Department of Insurance for new updated
copies of Pension Law. Secretary reported new form letters had been 'made' for:

Election Notices
Election Ballots
Election Sign In Sheets
Election Tally Sheets
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by C. Henrici, seconded by D. Goostree to adjourn. Motion passed
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm.
