ELK GROVE FIREMEN' S PENSION FUND
15 May 1984
A meeting of the Firemen 's Pension Fund was held on Tuesday,
May 15 , 1984 in the basement of the Headquarters Fire Station,
101 Biesterfield Road. The meeting was called to order by
President Walter J. Kriesant at 7 :13 P .M.
ROLL CALL
On Roll Call the following members were present : Walter J.
Kriesant, George C. Coney, Charles B Henrici", and Joseph
Gardner III . Also in attendance was Harvey R. Speiden.
MINUTES
Motion by G. Coney, seconded by C. Henrici , to accept 6 Feb
1984 Minutes as written and dispense with reading. Motion
passed unanimously .
TREASURER'S REPORT
Treasurer G. Coney submitted Balance Sheet and Schedule of
Investments of the Pension Fund as of May 7, 1984 .- Motion by
J. Gardner III , seconded by C. Henrici to accept the
Treasurer ' s Report and place Balance Sheet and Schedule of
_4 Investments on file with Pension Board Minutes . Motion
passed unanimously.
OL'D BUSINESS
Secretary reported he had completed the list of records and
information the Firemen 's Pension Fund maintained `and `had
given that list to the Village Clerk 11 April 1984 . Included
was the Pension Boards recommendations which records would
be available under The Freedom of Information Act .
Canvass of ballots from 16 April 1984 election was taken._
Motion by C. Henrici , seconded by G. Coney to accept tally
count and declare Douglas C . Goostree and Harvey R. Speiden
as winners . Motion passed unanimously . President welcomed
new member.
j NEW BUSINESS
Motion by G. Coney , seconded by C. Henrici to nominate
Walter J. Kriesant ( President )
Douglas C. Goostree ( Vice-President )
Joseph Gardner III ( Secretary )
Motion passed unanimously . The Secretary was instructed to
cast one unanimous ballot for the above Offices . Therefore
above Officers are declared elected.

Motion by J. Gardner III seconded by H . Speiden to adjourn.
Motion passed unanimously . Meeting adjourned at 7 : 40 P .M.
