called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village Attorney has been working with Special Counsel Mary Riordan to secure a meeting
to move forward with condemnation proceedings for the Motel 6. A meeting was set with the
potential buyer of the Motel 6 property, however the buyer backed out of the meeting. An
attempt will be made to set up another meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
