of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 9, 2019, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village Attorney reported that while Priti Patel had indicated some interest in the Motel 6
property, she has not gotten back to the Village. The Attorney is sending a letter indicating the
Village will be pursuing condemnation of the property.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
