of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 9, 2019, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition.

The Village has received an offer of $407,000 for the Greenleaf Fire Station, with only minor
improvements/repairs required by the Village. The consensus of the Board was to move forward
with the sale.
