Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23, 2019, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Personnel.

The Board discussed new Committee/Commission assignments.
The representatives for JAWA are being set at tonight's meeting. Trustees Lissner and Franke
are not available to attend these meetings, and Trustee Elect Schmidt and Trustee Czarnik
indicated they were willing to serve. They will be officially appointed at the Board Meeting.
The Board agreed to discuss all other committee/commission assignments at executive session
prior to the next Board Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:51 p.m.
