to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the Motel 6 condemnation. The Village made an
offer of $4.3 million to the contract purchaser. The contract purchaser claimed their sales
contract was for $5.4 million, but this may be a play to get more money.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
