KNICKERBOCKER Village Attorney Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 14, 2019, this Executive Session was called to consider review of Land Acquisition. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: December 2019 Date of approval for release: Date approved by Village Board: May 14, 2019 The Village owns a residential lot on Mississippi, which it no longer needs. The Village is looking to sell the lot. The consensus of the Board was to move forward with the sale of the lot without using a realtor. The Village will put a sign on Nerge and along the front of the lot and will notify the neighbors of the sale, which will be priced at $129,900. The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
