of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 14, 2019, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Litigation.

The litigation for RTA vs Kankakee, which the Village was a party to on the side of the RTA,
has been resolved. This litigation related to businesses dodging local sales tax. The Village's
side prevailed, and the Village will receive approximately $7,500.
