Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 18, 2019, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village has closed on the Motel 6 Oakton Street property. Operations have officially ceased
at this location as of Monday, June 17, 2019. The previous owners have a brief time to collect
furniture and equipment from the site. The total purchase price was $5.1 million, including
property taxes. A ten day notice was previously given to any current occupants of the Motel 6
notifying them to be out as of June 17.
