ELK GROVE FIZZ='S PENSION FUND
24 APRIL 1986
A Special Meeting of the Firemen's Pension Fund was reconvened on Thursday,
April 24, 1986 in the Trustee Conference Room of the Elk Grove Village Hall,
901 Wellington Avenue. The meeting was called to order by President Walter J.
Kriesant at 3:03 P.M.
ROLL CALL
On Roll Call the following members were present: Walter J. Kriesant George
Knickerbocker, George C. Coney, Charles B. Henrici, Patricia.Smith, nouglas
C. Goostree, Harvey R. Speiden, and Joseph Gardner III. Also in attendance
were Lt. David G. McCalla, Lt. R. Herrmann and Lt. F. Rohrer.
APPLICATION FOR DISABILITY
Secretary handed out D. McCulla's personal Doctor's reports. G.Knickerbocker
reported on the Illinois Municipal League's interpretation of Paragraphs 4-110
through 4-112 of Chapter lo8�, Ill. Rev. Stats., 1985. He stated that he had
re-contacted them and they were sending a re-interpretation of the last Z `
sentences of paragraph 4 all of paragraph 5 of their letter of April 11, 1986.
Discussion followed;
Motion by C. Henrici, seconded by G. Coney to vote on the Application of Dis-
ability Section 4-110, line of duty 65%.

Motion by C. Henrici, seconded by G. Coney to vote on the Application of Dis-
ability Section 4-111, Not on duty 50%.

Motion passed unanimously. Secretary was directed to draft a letter to Elk Grove
Villages Payroll Dept. of the Boards decision.
Motion by D. Goostree, seconded by H. Speiden to adjourn. Motion passed
unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 3:57 P.M.
