AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 5-1. C. PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS: INDUSTRIAL AREAS (GAYLORD STREET)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-1.C., Prohibited Parking of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
No parking on the east side of Gaylord Street between two hundred feet (200’) and two hundred and fifteen feet (215’) south of Bennet Drive.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
