HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2921 - 1/14/2003 - HOLLINGER 200 LIVELYORDINANCE NO. 2921 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A COMMERCIAL INSURANCE AGENCY IN AN I-1 INDUSTRIAL ZONED DISTRICT (HOLLINGER) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, considered the petition of Thomas Hollinger for a Special Use Permit to permit the operation of a commercial insurance agency in an I-1 Industrial Zoned District on property located at 220 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees, after having reviewed the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission, find and believe that it is in the best interest of the Village to grant the Special Use Permit as requested. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to permit the operation of a Commercial Insurance Agency in an I-1 Industrial Zoned District for property owned by Dusty Hollinger, L.L.C. and located at 220 Lively Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Said property is identified as: P.I.N. 08-22-402-044 Section 2: That the Special Use Permit is granted subject to the property owner submitting a parking plan to the Department of Engineering and Community Development who will review same for compliance with conditions discussed at the Village Board Meeting on December 17, 2002. Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 PASSED this 14th day of January 2003.
