A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS INDUSTRIAL/ COMMERCIAL RECREATION DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2922, established their authority to designate certain properties as Industrial/Commercial
Recreation Districts, said Districts created to revitalize certain blighted or abandoned properties into aesthetic and functional use properties for the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Village has, from time to time, acquired certain properties which are deemed eligible for designation as Industrial/Commercial Recreation Districts.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the property set forth in the legend of the zoning map subtitled Industrial/Commercial Recreation Districts be and the same are hereby designated as Industrial/Commercial
Recreation Districts of the Village of Elk Grove Village.
Section 2: That a copy of the Industrial/Commercial Recreation District Zoning Map shall be on file in the Office of the Village Clerk.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
