AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-3-6, 3-3-7 AND 3-1-6 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY ESTABLISHING A RETAIL PACKAGING LIQUOR LICENSE AND ESTABLISHING A FEE
THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook an DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 3-3-6 Classification of Licenses be amended by adding thereto the following:
Class H License (Retail Packaging) – which shall authorize
the packaging of orders for alcohol products and delivery of the
packaged products to locations other than the location of the licensed premises.
Section 2: That Section 3-3-7 Number of Licenses be amended by adding thereto the following:
Liquor License Number
Class G 1
Class H 1
Section 3: That Section 3-1-6 Licensed Fees be amended by adding a fee for a Class H liquor license which shall read as follows:
Class H $750.00
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and after its passage and approval according to law.
