HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 3042 - 6/21/2005 - SPECIAL USE-CINGULAR-666 LANDMEIERORDINANCE NO. 3042 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO FMHC CORPORATION AS AGENT FOR CINGULAR WIRELESS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A 100-FOOT MONOPOLE AND AN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT SHELTER ON VILLAGE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 666 LANDMEIER ROAD ELK GROVE VILLAGE ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, at a Public Hearing duly called and held, considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit to FMHC Corporation as agent for Cingular Wireless, for the installation of a 100 foot monopole and an electronic equipment on property located at 666 Landmeier Road, Elk Grove Village; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, find and believe it is in the best interest of the Village to grant said Special Use Permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a Special Use Permit to FMHC Corporation as agent for Cingular Wireless to permit the installation of a 100 foot monopole and an electronic equipment shelter on Village property located at the southwest corner of the Landmeier Public Works Facility, 666 Landmeier Road Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: THAT PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LYING WEST OF THE WEST LINE OF THE ET 167.33 FEET OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 27 AND LYING NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF LANDMEIER ROAD AND LYING SOUTH AND EAST OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINES: BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE EAST LINE OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER WHICH IS 436.98 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG A LINE DRAWN FROM SAID POINT TO A POINT IN THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 105 FEET OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER WHICH IS 970.32 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER AND 194.34 FEET NORTH OF INTERSECTION OF SAID EAST LINE OF THE WEST 105 FEET AND THE CENTER LINE OF SAID LANDMEIER ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 780.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG A LINE 105 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF 194.34 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF LANDMEIER ROAD, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF COOK, IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1 PASSED this 21st day of June 2005.
