AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, SECTION 6-4-5-3 A. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS, NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (CLEARMONT DRIVE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3-A., Prohibited and Restricted Areas: No Parking Streets and Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended
by deleting thereto the second paragraph under Section A. Clearmont Drive that reads as follows:
Clearmont Drive:
South side, between Tonne Road and Ridge Avenue
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
