AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED AREAS, SECTION 6-4-5-3:A. NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (LIVELY BOULEVARD
BETWEEN JARVIS AND TOUHY AVENUES)_______________
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3:A. Prohibited and Restricted
Areas: No Parking Streets and Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk
Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Lively Boulevard,
Both sides, between Jarvis Avenue and Touhy Avenue.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 4 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 2
