AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE HOURLY RATE FOR CUSTODIAN,
PORTER AND HEALTH CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER PERSONNEL OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the hourly wage for Custodian, Porter, and Health
Code Enforcement Officer personnel of the Village of Elk Grove Village shall
be and are hereby established as follows:
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
May 1, 2003 and upon its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE. AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT. 0
PASSED this 8th day of April 2003.
