AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
TO CONVEY TWO (2) PARCELS OF PROPERTY TO CORRIB
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY/ELK GROVE HOSPITALITY, INC. PURSUANT
TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILLAGE AND CORRIB CONSTRUCTION COMPANYADOPTED BY
THE VILLAGE PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE 2910 PASSED AND APPROVED
OCTOBER 8.2002
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village pursuant to the
redevelopment agreement adopted by Ordinance 2910 and the first amendment
to said redevelopment project agreement has agreed to convey Phase 11 of the
redevelopment and the out lot of the redevelopment project to the designated
developers set forth in the redevelopment agreement; and
WHEREAS, all of the terms and conditions of said redevelopment
agreement have been met by the respective parties and it is the obligation of the
Village to convey said properties in order that they be developed pursuant to the
redevelopment agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village is hereby authorized to
convey to Comb Construction Company or its designated assignees Elk Grove
Hospitality, Inc., property identified as Phase 11 of the redevelopment project and
the out lot of the redevelopment project, which properties are generally located at
the northeast comer of the intersection of Devon Avenue and Rohlwing Road
and legally described as follows:
PHASE IIPROPERTY
LOT 1 IN ROHLWING GROVE UNIT NO. 1, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE SOUTHWEST X OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 41
NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT THEREOF REGISTERED OCTOBER 16, 1975
AS DOCUMENT NO. 2835195 WITH THE REGISTRAR OF
TITLES OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
OUTLOTPROPERTY
LOT 2 IN ROHLWING GROVE UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION
IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 31,
TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF REGISTERED
OCTOBER 16, 1975 AS DOCUMENT NO. 2835195
WITH THE REGISTRAR OF TITLES OF COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
