AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-4-4 OF THE VILLAGE CODE BY
ADDING MAPLE COURT AND MAPLE LANE TO THE YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY
INTERSECTIONS IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-4 YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY INTERSECTIONS
of the Village Code be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:

Maple Court Maple Lane
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be subject to fine of not less than $25.00 nor
more than $500.00 for each offense.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
