AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, SECTION 6-4-5-3 A. PROHIBITED AND
RESTRICTED AREAS, NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (WEST GLENN
TRAIL/SCHIRRA CIRCLE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3-A., Prohibited and Restricted Areas: No
Parking Streets and Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
West Glenn Trail
West side, between BiesterFeld Road and a point nine hundred
ninety feet (990) south of Biesterfield Road, a point which serves as
the north property line of the village well site #7, lot 5204 except for a
maximum of fifteen (15) minutes on school days, Monday through
Friday, eight o'clock (8:00) a.m, to four o'clock (4:00) p.m. for the
purpose of dropping off or picking up school children from a point
three hundred eighty six feet (3869 south of Biesterfield Road to the
north property line of the village well site #7, lot 5204.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-3-A, Prohibited and Restricted Areas: No
Parking Streets and Areas of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
Schirra Circle
Both sides on school days from eight o'clock (8:00) a.m. to nine
thirty o'clock (9:30) a.m. and from two thirty o'clock (2:30) p.m. to
four o'clock (4:00) p.m. with the exception of Schirra Circle residents
and bonafide guests.
Section 3: That the Village Cleric is hereby authorized to publish this
Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYE: 5 NAY. 0 ABSENT 1
