AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO COLLECTIONS,
ETC. TO PERMIT UP TO 35% OF THE FLOOR AREA OF THEIR PRINCIPAL
BUILDING TO BE USED FOR RETAIL SALE OF MERCHANDISE FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2525 BUSSE ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
(Collections. Etc.)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village at a
public hearing duly called and held according to law considered the question of
granting a special use permit to Collections, Etc. to permit them to allocate 35%
of their entire floor area for the retail sale of merchandise pursuant to Section 7-
E. -3B of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Plan
Commission, find and believe that it is in the best interest of the Village to grant a
special use permit as recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a special use permit to Collections, Etc.
2525 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village to permit up to 35% of the entire floor area
of their primary building to be utilized to the retail sale of merchandise.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE. AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
