AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO THE
VILLAGE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION AND LOCATION OF VARIOUS
NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING ANTENNA INSTALLATIONS ON EIGHT
(8) VILLAGE OWNED STRUCTURES AND BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has entered into
a contract with RMS Business Systems with respect to the
implementation of a wireless network infrastructure to link the
Village's various facilities; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct and install various
transmitting structures at said Village facilities, which
transmitting structures will be in excess of the thirty-five (35)
foot height requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted an administrative special
use permit to the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit various
antenna and other transmitting structures exceeding 35 feet on
the following buildings and locations:
