AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2848 BY ESTABLISHING THE NUMBER
OF CLASS D LICENSES AT SIX (6)
WHEREAS, the Village adopted Ordinance Number 2848 thereby
reducing the number of Class D licenses from six (6) to five (5);
and
WHEREAS, the actual number of Class D licenses actually
needed in light of the recent revocation of a Class D license is
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 3-3-7 Number of Licenses be and
the same is hereby amended by changing the number of Class D
licenses from five (5) as established by Ordinance Number 2848,
herein amended, to six (6).
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 5 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 1
