AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE
VILLAGE, TITLE 6, SECTION 6-4-1 E. TURNING MOVEMENTS: NO RIGHT TURN ON
RED TRAFFIC SIGNAL WHEN PEDESTRIANS ARE PRESENT: (BIESTERFIELD ROAD/
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-1 E. Turning Movements: No Right
Turn on Red Traffic Signal When Pedestrians are Present: of the
Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
COLUMN A
Beianer Road
Biesterfield Road
COLUMN B
at Biesterfield Road
at Beianer Road
Section That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
VOTE: AYE: 6 NAY: 0 ABSENT 0
