AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-4-5-1C (PROHIBITED PARKING) OF
THE VILLAGE CODE BY ADDING THERETO A NEW PARAGRAPH WHICH SHALL
PROHIBIT PARKING IN THE AREA LOCATED NEAR THE 1800 BLOCK OF
GREENLEAF AVENUE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage
Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-1C Prohibited Parking, be
amended by adding thereto the following paragraph.
On the north aide of Greenleaf Avenue between
282 feet and 325 feet east of Busse Road.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is authorized to publish
this ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
