AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, TITLE 6, SECTION 6-4-5-3 A. PROHIBITED
AND RESTRICTED AREAS, NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS AND
SECTION 6-4-5-5, RESTRICTED HOURS (TURNER AVENUE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DUPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3-A., Prohibited and
Restricted Areas: No Parking Streets and Areas of the
Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Turner Avenue
South side, from a point 225 feet east of the
Stop intersection of Arlington Heights Road and
Turner Avenue to Devon Avenue.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-5, Restricted Hours of
the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and
the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Turner Avenue: Parking of automobiles and other
vehicles on the south side of Turner between 20
feet and 225 feet east of the Stop intersection
of Turner Avenue and Arlington Heights Road is
limited to one (1) hour parking
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
