HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTION - 37-21 - 7/20/2021 - 1000 Oakton Plat of Vacation Public utility, sewer, water, drainiage, cable TV and easementsRESOLUTION NO.37-21 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF VACATION OF VARIOUS PUBLIC UTILITY, SEWER, WATER, DRAINAGE, CABLE TV AND ACCESS EASEMENTS FOR 1000 OAKTON STREET NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois as follows: Section 1: That approval is hereby given for the Plat of Vacation for various public utility, sewer, water, drainage, cable TV and access easements for 1000 Oakton Street identified as Lot 7 in the Elk Grove Technology Park Resubdivision, being a part of the southeast quarter of section 22, township 41 north, range 11 east of the third principal meridian in Cook County, Illinois recorded June 19, 2018 as Doc. 1817016002, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 2: That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal. Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of said Plat with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois. Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0 PASSED this 2011 day of July 2021.
