AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2497 WHICH ESTABLISHED
REGULATIONS FOR TEMPORARY SIGNS LOCATED IN PROXIMITY TO THE
BIESTERFIELD ROAD/ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD CORRIDOR
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois
as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 2497, duly passed and approved on
June 25, 1996, which Ordinance established regulations for temporary
signs in the Biesterfield Road/Arlington Heights Road Corridor is
hereby repealed.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
