AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-1C. PARKING RESTRICTIONS
AND PROHIBITIONS: INDUSTRIAL AREAS (CHASE AVENUE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-1C., Parking Restrictions and
Prohibitions: Industrial Areas of the Village Code of the Village
of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:
No parking on the north side of Chase Avenue between eight
hundred seventy-six feet (876') and nine hundred fifty-six
feet (9561) east of Tonne Road.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
