HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 2729 - 1/4/2000 - ZONING VARIATION/604 BRISTOL LNfl ORDINANCE NO. 2729 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 7-1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LIVING ROOM WHICH WOULD ENCROACH 5 FEET INTO THE REQUIRED 20 FOOT REAR YARD ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 604 BRISTOL LANE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE (GORA) WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village, at a Public Hearing duly called and held according to law, considered the question of granting a variation of Section 7-1 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to structures in the required rear yards to permit the construction of a living room which would encroach 5 feet into the required 20 foot rear yard; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said variation be granted. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 7-1 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a living room which would encroach 5 feet into the required 20 foot rear yard on property located at 604 Bristol Lane, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: Lot 4432 in Elk Grove Village Section 15, being a Subdivision in Section 32, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from land after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES: PASSED this APPROVED this ATTEST: Ann I.
