AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-1:B. TURNING MOVEMENTS:
NO LEFT TURNS AND SECTION 6-4-5-3:A. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED
AREAS: NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS (COSMAN ROAD/WINSTON DRIVE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-1:B. No Left Turns of the Village
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
B. No Left Turns•
No operator of any motor vehicle shall make a left
turn from NORTHBOUND WINSTON DRIVE onto Westbound
Cosman Road.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-3:A. No Parking Streets and Areas
of the Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
A. No Parking Streets and Areae:
Cosman Road, east aide, from its intersection with
Arlington Heights Road, north to where Cowman Road
curves westbound; and both the north and south aide
of Cosman Road inclusive of the intersection with
Winston Drive and east to a point 1277 feet east from
the intersection of Winston Drive and Cosman Road.
Section 3: That any person violating any of the provisions of
this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five
($25.00) dollars nor more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars for each
offense.

Section 4: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish
this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
