AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, SECTION 6-4-5-1:C. PARKING RESTRICTIONS
AND PROHIBITIONS: INDUSTRIAL AREAS: PROHIBITED PARKING:
(TOUHY AVENUE) AND SECTION 6-4-5-3:A. PROHIBITED AND
RESTRICTED AREAS: NO PARKING STREETS AND AREAS: (OAKTON STREET)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DUPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-1:C., Parking Restrictions
and Prohibitions: Industrial Areas: Prohibited Parking: of the
Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
C. Prohibited Parking.
No parking on the south side of Touhy Avenue between four
hundred seventy feet (4701) and five hundred twenty feet
(5201) east of Nicholas Boulevard.
Section 2: That Section 6-4-5-3:A., Prohibited and
Restricted Areas: No Parking Streets and Areas: of the Village
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
A. No Parking Streets and Areas:
Oakton Street, south side, between Ridgewood Road and
Woodcrest Lane.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
