motion was approved unanimously.

called to consider review of Executive Session Minutes.

Trustee Lissner moved to approve the executive session minutes of August 13, September 10,
September 24, and October 8, 2019. Trustee Prochno seconded the motion. The motion was
approved unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:28 pm.
