Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 22, 2019, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the water theft issue on Martha. The Village is
preparing a bill for water used. The property owner's well needs to be re -chlorinated for use
once they do not have access to Village water. The Village is looking into possible criminal
charges. The property owner's attorney has not returned the Village Attorney's call.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:36 pm.
