Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 22, 2019, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney reached out to 930 Carswell for the issue involving an electric line for the
Village street lights that are not currently in an easement. The Village provided them with a few
options —the Village could move the lines into an existing easement, the property owners could
provide the Village with an easement for the existing line, or the situation could be left as -is.
The resident has indicated they want the Village to relocate the line into an existing easement.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:39 pm.
