motion was approved unanimously.

of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 19, 2019, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

New Police Officer Colton Jeralds has resigned. The Village Manager requested approval to add
two temporary Police Officers so that four recruits can be sent to the January Police Academy.
The consensus of the Board was to add the two temporary Police Officer positions.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.
