Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 19, 2019, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Village Manager requested approval to add one temporary Maintenance Worker position or
9-month seasonal position. The Village is currently in the process of hiring one maintenance
worker to fill a vacant positon and has a few potential retirements over the next year. This
additional temporary position would allow the flexibility to hire an additional Maintenance
Worker or 9-month apprentice if there are good candidates in the current recruitment and be
prepared for retirements.
