called to consider review of Litigation.

Mayor Johnson provided an update on the litigation surrounding the electoral board hearing on
the retroactive term limit referendum, which took place earlier today. He noted that another
meeting is scheduled for Monday and then the matter will go before independent judges and
Circuit Court.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 pm.
