AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 6-4-5-5, RESTRICTED HOURS:
(GLOUCESTER DRIVE)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-5, Restricted Hours: of the
Village Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be and the same
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Gloucester Drive: No parking on the south or the north
side of Gloucester Drive between Beisner Road and Leicester
Road, Monday through Friday, six o'clock (6:00) a.m. to six
(6:00) p.m.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this Ordinance in Pamphlet Form.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
