of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 14, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

New personnel laws went into effect January 1, 2020. Village staff is working to update the
Village's personnel rules and regulations based on input from employment attorneys and plan to
bring a proposed update to the Personnel Committee in the coming months.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:13 pm.
