Trustee Lissner moved to enter into executive session, seconded by Trustee Feichter. The
motion was approved unanimously.

Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 14, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

The Finance Department is short employees due to recent departures. Village Manager Rummel
explained that in order to fill these positions, he would like to downgrade them to assist with
expanding the pool of talent and allowing them to grow into their roles. The Senior Accountant
position would no longer be a supervisor, and the Financial Analyst position would be
downgraded to Financial Specialist. The consensus of the Board was to approve these
adjustments to the positions.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:14 pm.
