Trustee Lissner moved to enter into executive session, seconded by Trustee Feichter. The
motion was approved unanimously.

Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 14, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition.

Village Attorney Knickerbocker provided an update on the former Pheonix Club property on
Higgins Road, which had approached the Village interested in selling. They now say that they
are in talks with a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, which is difficult to believe. The Village
has not heard anything back with regard to the initial sale inquiry.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:21 pm.
