of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 28, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the outlot condemnation for the former Elk Grove
Motel redevelopment. He talked to Storino, who is assisting on this matter, but has not gotten a
response. The Village Attorney indicated that Storino is supposed to reach out to Scott Day, the
condemnation attorney on behalf of the Village, but has not yet done so.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:49 pm.
