Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 28, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney indicated that there has been no response to his calls to the attorney for the
resident on Martha Lane who has stolen water from the Village The resident on Martha Lane
runs a plumbing businesses which has previously bid on and completed work for the Village.
The Village Attorney indicated that until this issue is resolved, the business will not be eligible to
bid on Village projects, and one such large project is about to be bid.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:52 pm.
