of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 11, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

In order to fulfill the state -mandated annual harassment prevention training, a training has been
scheduled for the Village Board on Tuesday, February 25 from 4pm — 5pm. All Board members need to
be in attendance to fulfill this training requirement.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:06 pm.
