of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 11, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition/Disposition.

The Deputy Village Manager is working with an attorney to finalize the documents for the right-of-way
vacation along Cheltenham. This action is likely to proceed soon. The right-of-way will be vacated to
the residential properties within the Village adjacent to the right-of-way.
