of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 11, 2020, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Land Acquisition.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the condemnation of the outlot of the Elk Grove Motel. The
Village is pursuing a public purpose for the site, and is working to continue condemnation proceedings
to acquire the lot.
