of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 12, 2020, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Litigation.

The Village Attorney provided an update on the condemnation proceedings for the outlot
adjacent to the former Elk Grove Motel on Oakton Street. The Village has an updated appraisal,
and will make a final offer based on this latest appraisal. The owner of the property will have 30
days to respond, as required by law. If owner does not accept offer, then the Village will file
immediately for condemnation proceedings.
